Good Customer service Cody was very patience and caring. He was able to answer all of my questions throughout the transaction. He did a one on one review of all my car fun Cody was very patience and caring. He was able to answer all of my questions throughout the transaction. He did a one on one review of all my car functions with me. We even went on the highway where he taught me how to use the cruiser on the vehicle. It was a fun learning experience. More

Great and friendly service! Ron presented us with lots of options in pre owned and new cars. Once we made our decision the follow up until the car arrived was good and then he de Ron presented us with lots of options in pre owned and new cars. Once we made our decision the follow up until the car arrived was good and then he demonstrated all the electronic options, introduced us to service staff, helped us setup the My Chevy app and explained the Costco and GM card credits. We have gotten our last 5-6 vehicles at Gateway, so that says it all! More

Replacement Silverado I purchased a new Silverado the end of October. In February I was T-boned by a distracted driver.
