I clicked on the get a price button and a sales rep called me and said the price of the Bronco Sport was $32,685 as it showed online. I told him I had a long drive and would not pay more than that pri called me and said the price of the Bronco Sport was $32,685 as it showed online. I told him I had a long drive and would not pay more than that price. When I got there I found out that more than $1200 was being added to the price. Also, I found the dealer was offering far less than the trade-in amount indicated by the online tool. I went expecting some negotiation on trade-in and then writing a check. But I did not expect I was going to have to negotiate the price. When the dealer advertises a price and gives me that price on the phone, I expect to pay that price. I finally bought the car when Mr. Smith got close to what I wanted. However, I don’t appreciate the deception and it was not a pleasant experience. More

How funny on the bad reviews they don’t answer. But I was sold a warranty that says one thing .And gave me a different hand written that says something else. WARNING stay away from Grand Prairie Ford because they will screw you over and I would put zero stars if I could. I bought a car from Ron Smith on July 30th and within a few days the check engine light ca will screw you over and I would put zero stars if I could. I bought a car from Ron Smith on July 30th and within a few days the check engine light came on. I also noticed that the alignment felt weird so I took the car to an alignment shop and they found suspension damage and told me to go to a body shop. They also said there may be possible frame damage as well. I went back to the dealership on August 4th to have them look at it. I received a text from the mechanic saying “We were told by sales not to fix the check engine light, but we did clear the light”. I spoke on the phone with Ron Smith (the one who sold me the car) and tried to explain my concerns about what the mechanic said and he was very disrespectful and even raised his voice at me. He denied saying this even though I have a text message from the mechanic saying otherwise. After that experience I wanted to talk to the manager because it felt like I was getting no where with the salesman. I ended up waiting a long time and felt like no one was taking me seriously. Once I finally got ahold of Jason Mendoza (the sales manager) I tried to explain the situation and my concern for my safety while driving that car. He tried to turn it around on me and say it was my fault when in fact the car is unsafe to drive. He was willing to put me and my five year old nephew (who I take care of on a daily basis) in harms way like our lives didn’t matter. If you’re trying to purchase a vehicle, do not go here because they will screw you over. If you’re in the market for a damaged car for full price and horrible customer service then this is your place! More
