Professional staff, very friendly. I was having problems with a different Subaru dealership and decided to call Garavel where their service manager Ron was extremely helpful and was abl I was having problems with a different Subaru dealership and decided to call Garavel where their service manager Ron was extremely helpful and was able to fix my car with no charge due to it being under my warrenty. When the other dealership was going to charge me an arm and a leg. While my car was being serviced, I went to the used car lot; where the salesman Sam was extremely helpful and understanding of my need for a second vehicle. Within the week I purchased my new used car and couldn’t be happier with their caring staff and friendly faces. Thanks for all of your help Garavel. More

"Simplicity" I've always just bought cars that were available, taking whatever accessories/features were already installed. With a little encouragement and reassur I've always just bought cars that were available, taking whatever accessories/features were already installed. With a little encouragement and reassurance that I 'could' actually have everything I might want, I ordered a new car and the wait wasn't long. My salesperson Evelyn, was very friendly and took care of everything but the bill :) As a matter of fact, everyone in the process was friendly, informative & happy to assist. I especially loved the fact that this dealership has embraced peoples love of 'mans best friend'. More

Perfect Experience So it was an easy time working with Jonathan. He answered all of my questions as well as those of my parents while keeping a professional, yet persona So it was an easy time working with Jonathan. He answered all of my questions as well as those of my parents while keeping a professional, yet personal relationship. He didn’t try and just sell me a car while blowing money away, he worked with what I can financially afford and found me the perfect vehicle that I absolutely loved. My new car is amazing and I love every new aspect of it, especially since my last car didn’t have them. 10/10 would definitely recommend both Garavel Subaru, as well Jonathan to my friends and family who I know will want a new car that they will love. More

My service rep picked me up in a snow storm I was able to drop my car off at night to get a new battery and service even though I didn’t have an appoinitment. Then my service rep came and got me I was able to drop my car off at night to get a new battery and service even though I didn’t have an appoinitment. Then my service rep came and got me the following day at my office in the middle of a snow storm so that I could retrieve the car. thats what I call service. And I was glad I had a Subaru that easily navigated the snowstorm back to my home More

Miles Shapiro was Great! Miles Shapiro really helped us find our next family car. He was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and funny. Easy to talk to about all the different Miles Shapiro really helped us find our next family car. He was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and funny. Easy to talk to about all the different aspects of each car, and we love Lulu! It was a difficult decision for us, but Miles made it much easier and had the patience to spend the time with us we needed. We now have 3 Subarus and Garavel's service has been conscientious, friendly and efficient regarding our other cars. The dealer and service is also right in the neighborhood. No need to travel 1/2 hour away to get the car serviced (big plus). They can always fit us in if a looming trip or service arises, and have good recommendations for other services. We also liked the fact that Garavel Subaru supports many charitable foundations. Thank you Miles for your attentive sales service. We'll be seeing you! More
