She clearly explained every step, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood all the details of the lease. I also had a last minute change to my lease, and Megha handled it right away. She was very accommodating and made the adjustment without any issues. On top of that, she was able to secure some really great bonuses for me, which I really appreciated. Also a big thank you to Rose in Finance. She was great to work with, very efficient, and made the paperwork quick and easy. I originally went in to get my car serviced and come to find out my engine suffered from a cracked head. If you read that and said "OH SNAPS!" to yourself, that's correct I shared a similar thought. I on the other hand just had a few different choice of words to say. Overall the experience was First class. At times like this I would have began to freak out in cases like this but Fred and his team executed an A1 service fast, thoroughly and efficiently. Each step of the way the team made sure my wife and I were okay and we were on the same alignment each step of the way. I went from being doubtful of being able to qualify for a new car to hopeful. Words can't begin to describe how thankful my family and I are for Fred and his amazing team. Thank you all so much for going the extra mile for us, a true blessing! More

Jonathan M. completely changed that, I see now that there are dealers that care about how their customers perceive them and they won't try to hide facts or push them to purchase something they do not want. Jonathan M. was very polite and patient, he answered all my questions and made the process easy. Rose H. was also helpful. She didn't push any one warranty and she helped us pick the right one for us. Incredibly friendly and she made us feel secure in my car purchase. I came to this specific Honda because I know someone who purchased a car here years ago and they always talk about how easy and enjoyable it was. I can see now that they weren't exaggerating, and I will now be recommending them to everyone. Whenever my current car dies I will gladly be coming to this Honda dealer. More
