Sold me a defective 2019 Cadillac!!!! Bought in October and broke down on the side of the Road day after Thanksgiving. I am an advocate for buying Domestic and this is why everyone is going to imports!!! I work hard and expect a certain level of Service and accommodations when choosing Cadillac. I should have bought a KIA . I have never been so inconvenienced in my life. Here I am bragging about you guys and I'm sittin on the side of the road. Thank you Ron Carter for the grave inconvenience and most of all for the embarrassment!!! More
