I hope I never have to bother the service department again. Other than that, I honestly can’t brag enough about the sales department or the parts department. Great team up front. Instead, I received a text message stating the price was non-negotiable as it was set by Mazda, with no further follow-up. At that point, I chose to purchase tires from a provider who took the time to speak with me and valued my business. Lack of communication cost your store a sale.
