He was so great with my son. He took time to educate him about each car all the options, features, and financial responsibilities. Russ is truly amazing but the best thing about him is he is warm and kind. I reccomend anyone wanting the best experience and pricing go to Honda of Lincoln and speak with Russ! Throughout the whole process, it felt like he was on my side to help make everything perfect. He made sure that all the little details of my used vehicle were taken care of, and when it came to the price, it seemed like he was more concerned about getting us a fair price we were comfortable with than squeezing every penny out of us. Talking with the finance guy was not very pleasant. Obviously he wanted to sell us every add-on in the book and wouldn’t take no for an answer, but that’s just part of the deal, you just have to bear it and get through. Russ really made our experience great, though, and if I have any friends looking for a car, I will definitely recommend him and Honda of Lincoln. More

He went above and beyond to find the specific vehicle that I wanted and made sure that everything was right for me. I always felt comfortable and never felt pressured during the experience. Justin in finance was also awesome. He made sure that I understood everything as we went through the process and I never felt rushed as he would explain any questions that I had. Dave in service was awesome for working in my car for an added accessory. As was Lizabeth for putting me in a loaner until my car was finished. I’m now with my third Honda and the service department Is always awesome when I need to get my car serviced. I highly recommend Honda of Lincoln for your next vehicle purchase and service needs. He took the time to understand my wants and needs and then helped from there. I did not feel pressured into anything. Instead I felt encouraged that what we were looking at was exactly the vehicle for me, because he really knew what I wanted! We first met in the evening so we were not able to finish before we left because we personally had to be somewhere else. Russ was more than willing to work with us and even let us choose a time that best worked for us to come back the next day to finalize the sale. They were very open and honest about every aspect of the vehicle. I bought a used vehicle, which was my intention, but there is always a little bit of worry that accompanies such a purchase. The Pilot that we found is in excellent condition, and I now know that I no longer need to worry that they kept something a secret because we talked about everything and Russ was not willing to let us leave without us knowing everything there was to know! All of our questions were answered with patience and a knowledgeable response, anything that Russ wasn’t sure about, he asked. I was thankful that he cared enough about his costumers to make sure they were getting the right answers. A big thank you to everyone at Honda of Lincoln! A very satisfied customer🙂 More

2015 Pilot Overall we thought the experience was great. The Pilot is a great car and it looked so nice when we got there.
