I was already shopping with a pre-approved great rate and he helped me get an even better rate in the end. They were very helpful and not pushy at all which made the overall smooth, easy and enjoyable! :) We are LOVING our Palisade XRT! More

We started very rocky - we made it clear that we needed a car that was on the lot. We were assured that it was, we even received 3 calls that morning to welcome us ahead of time. We arrived onsite only to f car that was on the lot. We were assured that it was, we even received 3 calls that morning to welcome us ahead of time. We arrived onsite only to find out that there was an error in the system, and the car had not arrived. We continued searching elsewhere, but the team continued to try and support by keeping us informed of status. The car arrived a couple of days later, and though the original rep was not in that day, another rep was plugged in to help us get through the process. The finance and upsell rep did a great job at presenting our options and disussing benefits, biut without the obnoxiousness we have experienced elsewhere. More

Maya Williams and Russel Allen plus their whole team are the best! I have never met so much compassion, love and support like they had. We were able to buy my husband exactly the car he wanted in color that the best! I have never met so much compassion, love and support like they had. Our beautiful new Santa Fe is making us very happy and my 9 year old son could not wait to enjoy the ride with his Daddy.
