Over and beyond We were having electrical problems with our Equinox. We had purchased it at Criswell but were using another dealership close to home for the warranty repairs. We ultimately needed to get out of the vehicle and Russ went above and beyond for us. He worked with GM and our trade-in to make sure we got the best deal. Not only that, but we did all of the communication via email as we were out of town. He responded promptly to our questions and found us the perfect replacement. It was the most seamless purchase we have ever made. Smooth, efficient car buying experience We recently purchased a brand new 2017 Chevy Equinox from Criswell Chevrolet with help of Jon Valin, Russel Carter, Troy Yates, and Steve Krantz. We We recently purchased a brand new 2017 Chevy Equinox from Criswell Chevrolet with help of Jon Valin, Russel Carter, Troy Yates, and Steve Krantz. We had done a fair amount of research so we knew the car we wanted and what we wanted to pay. Jon was our initial contact and he arranged what we considered to be a very good deal. Because we lived out of state, we were not eligible for all the rebates, but the quoted price met our expectations. Russell as sales manager helped expedite the purchase process. I want to especially recognize Russell’s responsiveness. We communicated by both phone and e-mail with Russel providing clear and concise instructions on information we needed to bring to the dealership. Russel responded to my e-mails within minutes. At delivery, Troy substituted for Jon, because Jon was on leave. When we arrived at the dealership for the car, Troy had it ready and waiting for our test drive. It was immaculate inside and out. Following the test drive, Russell introduced us to Steve Krantz. Steve went over our options for extended warranties, and had us sign all the appropriate purchase documents. Troy then met with us and very clearly explained car features and their operation. He then had us contact the On-Star agent while he removed the Monroney and other stickers. And then we were on our way. As one other reviewer mentioned, this was absolutely the best car buying experience we have ever had. Would I recommend Criswell Chevrolet, the answer is yes. In fact this is the fifth car we have purchased from the dealership. More
