They were very transparent with their pricing and gave me a detailed breakdown of all the fees and taxes in an easy to read email before I came to the dealership, and this was one of the reasons I went there because the dealerships in my area were not as forthcoming with their pricing and it was hard to tell what the final price of the vehicle was going to be after all the fees. I thought I knew what my monthly lease payment was going to be because I ran all the numbers and figured everything out before I came there. I thought that this number was going to be the lowest possible monthly lease payment on this specific car. Most dealerships I have been to always try to figure out the monthly payment you are willing to pay and work backwards from there to get the most money out of you, but not the guys at Criswell. Russell Carter, Joey Ryall, and their finance specialist Greg Hoffman were simply amazing! They were more focused on getting me familiarized with the car I was interested in and never asked me what my target monthly lease payment was. They already provided me with all the pricing, taxes and fees upfront, so all they had to do was to plug the numbers in and see what came out. The result was actually a lower monthly payment than I expected! On top of that, Russell and Greg found a way to lower my monthly lease payment even further without me even asking them! I really can't thank these guys enough, they were truly looking out for my best interests! Joey also spent a lot of time helping me setup all the electronic gizmos in the car and connect them with my phone, he was truly helpful and knowledgeable professional. This was a dream experience, and I would tell anyone looking for a Chevy to go straight to Criswell! More

The were extremely cordial with their negotiations and never tried to intimidate me into paying a higher price. They also were more than fair with the trade-in value we agreed upon. Joey absolutely great going through the details of the Chevy Colorado's features and made sure I had every question answered before I left, even giving me his personal cell phone to reach out to him after hours if need be. He has made our Sunday afternoon purchase with two boys under 7 in tow easy and very pleasant. Chip helped us with all the finance and warranty part - he also has been very knowledgable and skilled. The greatest experience however has been just made couple days ago when our Suburban has been due for an oil change as well as check up on the air-condition on our front row seats. Thats when Emma Cook blew us away - I am not going to lie as a women it has shocked me to have an other female call me with all the mechanical facts about what has been done and what has been found and what the diagnosis was. Emma has been so pleasant at any time she answered my calls, I never had to wait more than 2 min. for her to return my call and questions. Her sweet and friendly smile and her positive nature is such a breeze of fresh air. We can't say enough how wonderful her customer service skills are as well as how knowledgeable she is about the engineering and mechanical stuff. Between Buying our car from Russell and financing with Chip and servicing with Emma - we feel like we are in the best hand ever. More
