Picking up the Tahoe was easy as well. I didn't receive quite as much as I would have liked for my trade-in, but I received an adequate explanation -- and a little more cash back. The checkout process was easy - I received the usual offers for paint treatments and warranties -- which I turned down. But I was not excessively pressured. In the end, the paperwork was much less than I had to sign for my last new cars (in 2012). More

Russell is extremely outgoing and keeps in touch with you every step of the way. I pre-ordered my 2016 Chevy Volt with him and from the beginning to the very end it went as smooth as glass. If more sales folks were like Russell people would not detest car buying. He honored what rebates and discounts he could considering I was out of state and I knew exactly what it was going to cost me before I went in there to pick up my car and sign on the dotted line. If you do business with one salesman this year make it Russell! You won't be disappointed and you will actually be amazed how above and beyond he goes for his customers. As long as I stay in the area the guy has definitely got a customer for life here. Special recognition needs to go out to Jason Witte, Jake Bates, and Jackie Wells whom helped out tremendously when I picked up the car. It really is a team effort at Criswell. These three are awesome professionals, as knowledgable as it gets, and most importantly they never push you into anything you don't want. That says a lot in this day and age. This was my very first new car purchase Scott and Russell were beyond fantastic! I have seriously never had better customer service in my entire life. This was my very first new car purchase and Scott and Russell did everything they could to get the car I wanted into the price range I wanted. Scott was honest, upfront, and extremely patient (he also had a great speaking voice!). Russell was personable and helpful. Once all the paperwork was done, Scott sat with me in my new Sonic to help me set up On-star and show me how to use all the features of the car. Throughout the entire experience I never felt as though I was being lied to or taken advantage of, they were both down to earth and understood my needs and concerns.
