Do not Buy Here! !!!! I bought A 2013 BMW X5 at this place and was told they performed an oil change on it before I took it. 3 Months later It starts driving funny so !!!! I bought A 2013 BMW X5 at this place and was told they performed an oil change on it before I took it. 3 Months later It starts driving funny so I take it To Kelly BMW and they tell me the oil has Metal shavings in it and the engine needs to be replaced because there wasn't any oil in it or lubrication for the engine to run normal. They also told me there wasn't any oil leakage which means there wasn't an oil change done when I bought it. So I call Toyota Direct and they basically told me its not there problem and was very rude. Mind you I just bought this car with my hard earned money and was expecting to have this car for years. they had no compassion or understanding about what just happen to me and my family but when I was giving them the money everybody in the build was extremely nice. I hope this saves the next family that was thinking about buying here. Now I have a $13,000 vehicle that is useless. Thanks Toyota Direct. More

I have purchased/leased 4 vehicles from Toyota Direct. They have always been great to deal with. This time Toyota Direct went the extra mile to find the car I was looking for to lease. They tried for several months to locate the type, color and features I wanted. Though they were unable to locate the model I was hoping for, they did find an upgrade with the exact features, colors and more. It was a hybrid, which I would have loved to purchased in the first place, but was not able to afford the extra monies one would cost. Toyota Direct went ahead and got the vehical in and since I had waited a few months they sold it to me for the same price as the original Rav 4 I had wanted. I love the hybrid and everything is as I had hoped to find and more. Thank you Toyota Direct. Again you have gone beyond my expectations. More
