I loved this dealership through 3 vehicles but when you took away the car wash that all changed. At the very least the cars should be cleaned when they are brought in for any kind of service work. Have a couple of complaints about how they lack communication here. I called that I was interested in a certain car that was listed on their website. I was told it was available and to let them kno communication here. I called that I was interested in a certain car that was listed on their website. I was told it was available and to let them know when I was going to be there so they can have it pulled up. I told them that I would be there the next day in the morning. When I arrived they said that the car had been sold 2 days ago. I live in Wylie so it is a 40 minute drive to Rockwall. They did not reach out to let me know that the car was no longer available. Thankfully I did find another car that I liked. 2 weeks after purchasing the vehicle I received a call that I needed to bring the car back in because it had to be inspected because the car was from out of state. I scheduled and appointment, when I arrived he said that they cannot do the inspection there that day. No one notified me before I drove 40 out there. The lack of communication is ridiculous. A waste of my time. Now I have to wait until they can schedule another appointment and I have to once again make a trip to Rockwall to get inspected. I feel this should have been delt with before they sold the car. More
