Have a couple of complaints about how they lack communication here. I called that I was interested in a certain car that was listed on their website. I was told it was available and to let them kno communication here. I called that I was interested in a certain car that was listed on their website. I was told it was available and to let them know when I was going to be there so they can have it pulled up. I told them that I would be there the next day in the morning. When I arrived they said that the car had been sold 2 days ago. I live in Wylie so it is a 40 minute drive to Rockwall. They did not reach out to let me know that the car was no longer available. Thankfully I did find another car that I liked. 2 weeks after purchasing the vehicle I received a call that I needed to bring the car back in because it had to be inspected because the car was from out of state. I scheduled and appointment, when I arrived he said that they cannot do the inspection there that day. No one notified me before I drove 40 out there. The lack of communication is ridiculous. A waste of my time. Now I have to wait until they can schedule another appointment and I have to once again make a trip to Rockwall to get inspected. I feel this should have been delt with before they sold the car. More

My service advisor is great. I cannot even give a rate of 1 to Russell Morgan who I was trying get information on purchasing a NEW car. He kept pressuring me to get a used car an I cannot even give a rate of 1 to Russell Morgan who I was trying get information on purchasing a NEW car. He kept pressuring me to get a used car and he was totally NOT giving me the information I wanted. So, I went home and called around to other dealerships and found EXACTLY what I wanted at Irving Toyota and they were light years nicer and accommodating than Mr. Morgan (and I hope you tell him so!). You have not lost was business though. I will continue to have my vehicle serviced there, unless I have an unpleasant experience. By the way, my service advisor is Kaycee and she is really nice and pleasant. Treat her well so she continues her employment at your dealership for a long, LONG time! More
