We have searched for a very specific Highlander Hybrid SUV vehicle for the last 6+ months. Ruth was absolutely fantastic in finding the exact vehicle and worked to ensure the color, interior and options SUV vehicle for the last 6+ months. Purchased the vehicle on Friday, May 2nd and Ruth was just fantastic to work with through the closing - as were Julie in Finance and the others. Ruth took a huge amount of time reviewing and explaining the vehicle, technology and other relevant items. Just a fantastic purchasing experience. We will definitely look at Sierra Toyota when it's time for another vehicle. More
