I know not every experience is the best for everyone simply because sometimes things are not in everyone's control. This is my second positive experience with Liberty Subaru. For as long as I am in the market for a Vehicle Liberty Subaru will get the opportunity to earn my business. My quest for a new vehicle began in May approximately 6 months before my lease end. I didn't know at the time that I would need a few months to eventually purchase a new car so thankfully I started early. I contacted many dealerships to quickly realize the car I wanted was not readily available unless I wanted to compromise. In the end I made my decision to go with Liberty Subaru because they offered something no other dealership would offer. 1) Fair value for my Lease Equity. and 2) appraised my vehicle and gave me a price with the understanding that if the car was in the same condition (i.e. only increase in mileage) upon taking delivery of my new car I would get the equity value in my Lease return. No other Dealership (I contacted at least 7-8 Dealers) offered this... It also gave me the opportunity to not settle for what was in inventory but to pre order my new Cross-trek Premium with the features I wanted, and the color I wanted. I recommend any prospective customer in the NY, NJ, and Ct area to give them an opportunity to earn your business. I know when the time comes to be in the market I will once again reach out to Liberty Subaru. P.S. Sales associate is Jeremy Vasquez he was extremely patient with me and ultimately made me the offer to the best of their ability lock in the equity in my Lease trade in. No other dealer came close to offering this service. More

Our Family has been buying cars from Jeff Wangerin and Liberty Subaru for over 20 years. We would recommend Liberty Subaru to any of our friends and family because Subaru has a very good safety record with their cars whether is a sedan or an SUV. I am also very happy with their maintenance service. Maintenance people take the time to explain the services performed on our cars and they do not push any unnecessary services on you.
