Had an appointment for an oil change/ tire rotation and a recall to put tape on my seats. Took 3 hours! Also gave a coupon and was not applied. I have had an unknown issue with my truck since July when a recall was installed at another dealer. I brought my truck to Dorsch to try to help me figure it out since the other dealer was no help. Bill and R a recall was installed at another dealer. I brought my truck to Dorsch to try to help me figure it out since the other dealer was no help. Bill and Ryan have been treating me very well. Especially since the issue is intermittent and hard to troubleshoot. Their actions thus far have made me a fan of the Dorsch dealership and I will be bringing my current vehicles there for service and will be buying my next vehicles from there. Thanks guys! New tires and alignment Service adviser went out of the way to make sure that I got the tires that I wanted for my F-150. Made sure that the alignment got done also. Been trying to get my car fixed at Dorsch since 11/20/19. They replaced a part, but never told me there were new issues. Brought the car back 11/29/19 & was told it needed another part & they would have the They replaced a part, but never told me there were new issues. Brought the car back 11/29/19 & was told it needed another part & they would have the part 12/2/19. A week later I called & was told the part was on back order. NOBODY BOTHERED YO LET ME KNOW. It is now 12/30/19. Still haven’t heard a word from them. Obviously they don’t care if I take my business to a competitor l. More

Friendly, efficient, quality service. Dorsch is the best dealership in the Green Bay area. They are very friendly and respectful people. Everyone there treats you like a VIP. Service confusion, costs and time?? Service advisor quoted me a price of $140 to fix the service engine soon light and that I could wait cuz it would take a couple hours max. I explained I had other things to do and left my F150 EcoBoost there, but asked to advise what you find and I’d pick it up later in the day. Went to pick it up and the bill was $764+.
