I picked up the car recently, but it turns out it was already close to needing service, so it wasn’t properly prepared. Spark plugs are supposed to be changed every 45K miles, but they weren’t replaced, already close to needing service, so it wasn’t properly prepared. I was told the car was fully serviced when I bought it, and now I have to pay for this out of pocket since the dealer isn’t offering a discount on the first service. Great… But I ended up paying for additional services that I absolutely don’t need, like PPP+, and no one was going to cancel them even though it would have been easy to do… It’s disappointing… More

I’ll start off by saying I didn’t end up purchasing the car I was interested in, but it still was a pleasurable experience. Dani contacted me almost instantly after I sent my initial email. She was very responsive and her follow up was spot on. Oriel was extremely knowledgeable, spoke highly of the company and he has a customer first attitude. The next day Ryan(GM) reached out to me and genuinely wanted to know about my experience. They made several counter offers, but we just couldn’t make the deal work(yet). I would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a new or used automobile to Hollywood Kia. More
