Walker Ford’s service department can be described as perfect. I have had my two F-150s repaired and maintained there for the past 15 years. Ryan Holcomb the Manager of the Service Lane and his Service perfect. I have had my two F-150s repaired and maintained there for the past 15 years. Ryan Holcomb the Manager of the Service Lane and his Service Writers always do an excellent job, they are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The Mechanics (probably known by a newer job description), have done extensive work on my trucks without a problem over the years. More

Had appointment for 11 o’clock to get a trim piece that has been ordered installed. At 12:15 I was told the trim piece needed was on back order. I told them it was in that’s why I was here. They found the has been ordered installed. At 12:15 I was told the trim piece needed was on back order. I told them it was in that’s why I was here. They found the part but it was recalled. I left at 2:00 with nothing done but a waist of my time. Not happy. More
