Ryan the service manager took care of everything. His advisor Daniel, really cared about my concerns and the technician, Wayne, was neat and meticulous and the job he did was superb. My power windows wo advisor Daniel, really cared about my concerns and the technician, Wayne, was neat and meticulous and the job he did was superb. My power windows work like the car is New again. The door part fits perfectly and I am very satisfied with the follow-up and attention to detail that Ryan provided as the service manager. It's proof quality still exists. I will return again to Walker Ford that's for sure! More

I appreciate the service Walker provides. I brought my car in for oil change service and reported a hesitation issue. During the service they did not find the issue with hesitation, one week later my car car in for oil change service and reported a hesitation issue. During the service they did not find the issue with hesitation, one week later my car engine light came on and car was hesitating bad, I had to tow it in to Walker. They found the issue and it was covered under my extended warranty which was even better! My previous experience at another local dealership was confrontational and harsh, always demanding additional services and cost or nothing could be warrantied. I constantly felt they just were charging me for other services I may not have needed at the time. More
