Other dealers advised him that they did not have technicians that could perform the work he required at a time that would be convenient for my busy college bound son. I called Walker and spoke with Brian. He answered all of my questions, understanding with great knowledge what the problem was. In addition he immediately scheduled an appointment for first thing Saturday morning, so my son could get back to his busy life. I am very grateful to the staff at Walker Ford and have never known a better Service manager than Ryan. More
