COULD HAVE BEEN 5 STARS I have been a Walker Ford customer since 2012. High praises for Sales, Finance, and Service, especially service!! But recently spoke with Don in the C I have been a Walker Ford customer since 2012. High praises for Sales, Finance, and Service, especially service!! But recently spoke with Don in the Collision Center and was quite surprised how rude he was on the phone with me! I wanted to get my car fixed at Walker after my car was sideswiped and needed repairs. My first choice was Walker because of my positive experience in the past. I was inquiring about setting up an appointment for an estimate for the repairs and was continually cut off by him in a gruff manner, and I was told " That's not how things work here", making me feel very stupid. Her was very short with me and after hanging up I decided to take my business elsewhere where everything was explained in a friendly and professional manner. I have sent several friends to purchase cars at Walker, but after my last experience I hesitate to do that in the future. Unfortunate that one person has soured my opinion of an otherwise great company. More

Walker Ford took care of my Focus RS like it was their own! I took my 2017 Focus RS into to have the head gasket recall performed as my VIN was in the affected range. Tracy made sure that all parts were ordere I took my 2017 Focus RS into to have the head gasket recall performed as my VIN was in the affected range. Tracy made sure that all parts were ordered an there before I dropped off my RS. When I arrived to Walker Ford Ryan greeted me and introduced himself talked abut my vehicle and brought me to my loaner. The kept in great contact with me with updates and was ready as instructed. It made me feel good to know that Justin and everyone in the service department took care of my Focus RS as if it was their own! More

In-waranty repair 2015 Mustang GT In March I had an emergency battery and cable failure, It was after hours and the battery needed to be replaced and the cable had to be repaired due t In March I had an emergency battery and cable failure, It was after hours and the battery needed to be replaced and the cable had to be repaired due to acid leaking from the terminals and causing the wiring harness to become separated from the battery. I called Ryan, he made me an appointment and asked me to bring the "in-warranty" battery to him. He needed the car overnight to replace the harness, he provided me with car so I could have transportation to work the next day. Excellent. I requested compensation for my out of pocket expenses for the emergency repair, he said he would request an in-warranty refund form FORD, that has been about a month ago and I haven't heard anything from Walker. I'm sure the results of that request will re-enforce my overall ratings of Walker Ford Dealership and service department. More

Paid for but they didn't rotate tires Went in for "the works" service which is a oil change and tire rotation. On my back left wheel there is a scratch from rubbing up against a curb. I Went in for "the works" service which is a oil change and tire rotation. On my back left wheel there is a scratch from rubbing up against a curb. I made a mental note of it before leaving my truck to be serviced. When I picked the truck up, the wheel with the scratch on it was still on the back left. Bottom line is they didn't rotate the tires. When I told them they didn't try to argue it all, they knew they didn't rotate them. Service rep, Michael Murray offered to give me $10 back for the tire rotation. Also when I dropped the truck off for oil change I made them aware that they "low oil pressure warning" message had been coming on. When I picked the truck up and drove off, low oil warning light came on right away. They didn't even address the issue or even tell me that for them to look at that I would need to make another appointment. Just let me drive off with low oil pressure light on which could ruin the engine. I immediately returned to dealership to speak with service manager and basically they have nothing to say other that sorry for this happening and wished we could make it right. "We can give you a free oil change next time." How about here is your money back for this oil change and tire rotation that we didn't do. Will never take a vehicle back there to be serviced. Will never go there to purchase a car or truck. Bad business practice. This is how you lose customers and future buyers. More

Only fixing what needs to be fixed and satisfying all of my special requests, saves me money. Recently, my son needed work on his 2008 Mustang. Other dealers advised him that they did not have technicians that could perform the work he required at a time that would be convenient for my busy college bound son. I called Walker and spoke with Brian. He answered all of my questions, understanding with great knowledge what the problem was. In addition he immediately scheduled an appointment for first thing Saturday morning, so my son could get back to his busy life. I am very grateful to the staff at Walker Ford and have never known a better Service manager than Ryan. More
