We tend to do a lot of research before buying a car and knew exactly what car we wanted and how we wanted it configured. A car was found for us, but unfortunately, it was at another dealership, and someone else also loved it and bought it. We brought our vehicles in for service on Saturday and test drove a couple different versions. Although the sport version was not what I initially was looking for, fell in love with it after driving it. Tracy (and my husband) worked magic and found me the car I really wanted and could not be any happier. The entire team at Walker Ford work very well together and we are again very satisfied and will definitely come here for our next car purchase! More

Rock Star Customer Service "Walker is Ford" as their slogan says; I took my car for a warranty extension problem with the transmission and these people ran the extra mile to fix "Walker is Ford" as their slogan says; I took my car for a warranty extension problem with the transmission and these people ran the extra mile to fix the problem. I had been dealing with the problem since I bought the car. I took the car to "other" Ford dealers and never fixed it like Walker Ford. My car is better now than when I bought it. I'm very happy with them and for now on my car will be serviced at Walker Ford. These guys Rocks! More

Excellent customer service! I'm new to Florida, so I just Googled dealerships and took a chance on Walker Ford for service on my car. We had a little initial confusion that stemm I'm new to Florida, so I just Googled dealerships and took a chance on Walker Ford for service on my car. We had a little initial confusion that stemmed from my having to drop my car off after the service department was closed, but the Asst Service Manager, Ryan, couldn't have been more helpful. He came back in after closing to help me out, and was excellent with communicating on the status of the repairs the entire time. Ryan went out of his way to make sure my questions were answered, and to accommodate my crazy schedule. I couldn't have been happier with the customer service provided by Ryan and his team. More
