Rock Star Customer Service "Walker is Ford" as their slogan says; I took my car for a warranty extension problem with the transmission and these people ran the extra mile to fix "Walker is Ford" as their slogan says; I took my car for a warranty extension problem with the transmission and these people ran the extra mile to fix the problem. I had been dealing with the problem since I bought the car. I took the car to "other" Ford dealers and never fixed it like Walker Ford. My car is better now than when I bought it. I'm very happy with them and for now on my car will be serviced at Walker Ford. These guys Rocks! More

Excellent customer service! I'm new to Florida, so I just Googled dealerships and took a chance on Walker Ford for service on my car. We had a little initial confusion that stemm I'm new to Florida, so I just Googled dealerships and took a chance on Walker Ford for service on my car. We had a little initial confusion that stemmed from my having to drop my car off after the service department was closed, but the Asst Service Manager, Ryan, couldn't have been more helpful. He came back in after closing to help me out, and was excellent with communicating on the status of the repairs the entire time. Ryan went out of his way to make sure my questions were answered, and to accommodate my crazy schedule. I couldn't have been happier with the customer service provided by Ryan and his team. More

Service Experience 10/04/2016 Friendly, efficient, personable, caring and explained exactly what they were going to do to my Ford Escape. Shuttle van was wonderful and on time.
