Mixed experience Was quoted at a 5% interest rate and signed papers agreeing on 305/month for 72 mos. Got a call 6 days later saying I needed to come by and sign some Was quoted at a 5% interest rate and signed papers agreeing on 305/month for 72 mos. Got a call 6 days later saying I needed to come by and sign some more papers with the Finance department. Turns out the original loan was not approved and my interest rate was now a 10.99% and monthly payments would be almost $30 more/month. I talked with Alex in finance who was great throughout the entire process. There was nothing he could do but he said I should speak with the sales manager. I was then transferred and felt extremely disrespected by the sales manager, Justin George. I was told because my credit was so bad I wouldn't be able to purchase a car anywhere else and I should appreciate all the hurdles he has jumped thru to make this deal happen. I was also told this was the absolute best that could be done and I had to make a decision that night or he "needed his car back". I expressed my concern to Ryan Martin because I felt as if a manager should not be talking to a "valued" customer in such a manner. Ryan immediately took care of the situation and had my loan back at the original agreement within minutes. If it wasn't for Mr. Martin and his professionalism, I would have taken my business elsewhere. Ryan Martin is without a doubt the reason Newton Nissan is as great as it is. Not to mention the certified pre-owned vehicle had a cracked fuel cap, a small hole in the driver's side seat, a cigarette burn in the passenger seat, and a red stain on the floor mat that was simply covered up by a paper mat when the car was purchased. Mr. Martin confirmed that all issues would would be taken care of and I am extremely appreciative of this. I do feel like these things should have been caught and fixed before the car was considered certified, but I appreciate Mr. Martin going the extra mile to make things right. After much frustration I would still recommend Newton Nissan, just be very careful who you deal with. More

Alex Davis clearly explained my paperwork and recommended an extended warranty based on my specific driving habits that will certainly add to my overall peace of mind; and did so in a timely manner. Justin George and Ryan Martin both introduced themselves to me and made me feel like a valued customer. The dealership itself was very nice and the lot was well organized. Long story short, I will never do business anywhere else but with Newton Nissan! More
