Ryan is always amazing to work with and would recommend anyone who stops by to have him as your service advisor. The service center isn't staffed appropriately (especially if you own a EV). Most recently my vehicle was stuck in their service center for 4 days and wasn't looked at until day 5. Not to mention the most recent repairs wasn't done up to specification (the panel under the hood by the tire wasn't even secured properly and popped out). In addition, my car was scratched and the screw to secure the hood latch is missing after the repair. Just not a lot of finesse or attention to details on repairs. Seem very rushed and lack of care of the vehicle itself. To note, I had the foreman tell me that the panel popping out may be normal. This is extremely concerning as it is apparent that the foreman are not properly trained and potentially brush off issues. More
