Scheduled service A for 10 AM. Was there 9;50 and waited till 12;00 noon for . After service was done, I noticed my navigation has loading problem so went back to Ryan and asked h Was there 9;50 and waited till 12;00 noon for . After service was done, I noticed my navigation has loading problem so went back to Ryan and asked him for help. He was getting done with another customer so told me he will take a look at it in a min. I was waiting in my car , he came out to say buy to hi customer, turned around and went back inside. Waited 15 minutes for him and went inside. He was already writing another car not even worrying about me waiting. Came up to him and ask him if 2;30 minutes is not enough time being wasted for just an oil change. And why do I have to wait another 15 minutes for anyone just to take a look at my navi problem, especially that just happened after service. He apologized and said he is getting the run around and completely forgot. It took him max 5 min to fix the issue. Couldn't that be done right away? More
