Service dept was suppose to contact me regarding my second set of keys and to replace the lock on passenger door. It has been almost six weeks and they have not even reached out to me to let me know wh second set of keys and to replace the lock on passenger door. This is not our family’s first car from Subaru of Jacksonville. My daughter and husband both have been owners for quite a few years now. But it is my first Subaru! Sabino was very patient with me as I came several different times to look. Never pushy, he answered all my questions each time that I was there. He is always so kind and remembers little details about our family that makes the whole experience more personable. I love the fact that he treated me as my own person, even though my husband and I both bought cars at the same time! He went over every detail of my car to make sure that I knew what all it is capable of. On one of my visits Steve was so kind to unlock cars for us to look at while Sabino was busy with another customer. He also was very knowledgeable and gave me lots of information on the cars that I looked at. Great to see a team that works together and not against each other. Ryan took excellent care of me on the financing. He made sure that I got the best interest rate possible for my loan! He is very funny and relatable. Made me feel very comfortable as I took on a new loan which I hadn’t had in over 10 years! The whole team is always pleasant and very helpful on everything! This had to be one of the best experiences I have ever had in a vehicle purchase in a long time. We felt no pressure or hard sell which was a relief because on our first visit we weren't sure if we were g had in a vehicle purchase in a long time. There is a warm and friendly staff who welcomed us and made the second largest purchase we ever made a very enjoyable one. From our sales rep Kyle Shifflett the finance rep Ryan Munro and John Pitts the delivery specialist all welcoming us to "the family" it made us feel right at home. Alice O'Dwyer followed up with us when we were looking over vehicles on line and when we explained we had been in once before and sat with Kyle she followed up with him and with us to make sure we were taken care of.
