When we arrived, John had a customer, so instead of us waiting, he asked Ray to assist with the test drive. We were not 100% sure of the vehicle, so Ray showed us another vehicle on the lot, and explained the differences in models. John was then free to continue helping us. We discussed pricing and looked at the vehicles again, comparing the features, so we could make a decision best for us. Everyone worked together as a team to make the sale go smoothly. Paperwork explained and completed quickly. We are very pleased with our 2019 Subaru Forester purchase. More

Jerry was great at explaining the bells and whistles of the new Forester during the test drive, major technological upgrades since 2007! I went ahead with that option and traded in my old Forester. Jerry and the financing department were never too pushy or trying to upsell, which can always be a worry at dealerships. We discussed the different warranty options lifetime power train or the two year warranty, and all of the cars features in detail and I was on my way! I have no complaints with my experience, Jerry and Subaru of Jacksonville made the transition from 2007 to 2021 easy! More
