I brought my car in for service, but was thinking about trading it anyway (a lease). The new vehicle I chose wasn't yet at the dealership and David told me it was expected within the next 2 weeks. I signed an agreement and paid a small amount to "hold" the new Forester. So I had my current car serviced - which also ended up costing $0. Yay! And only 1 week later, David called me to say that my new Forester was there and ready for pickup. One of the easiest and most painless car purchase/lease deals I've ever made. Great dealership, great people, great service all around. More
