My communication with Dana Ford began with just a few questions online, Most were answered promptly and sales staff reached out to confirm availability and provide additional details. Dana employees were never pushy and always friendly and helpful.. Bottom line, Dana Ford treated me the way I would want to be treated, and that doesn’t often happen in car sales. I was very pleased with everyone I talked to and eventually met when I arrived to inspect, test drive, and purchase the car. It was a memorable experience in a good way, and that rarely happens with a car purchase. Thank you Dana employees…very well done! More

The only person that was helpful with us was Ahmed our salesperson, the finance manager was very rude and not helpful. We would not recommend them to anyone. After all, the hassle that we went through, we got into our vehicle to drive it home, and it wasn't even clean. The outside was clean and shiny, but the inside was filthy. It has definitely made us more weary of any vehicle purchases in the future. More
