I had a very difficult situation due to my 2023 XT6 being involved being involved in a flash flood. When it was all said and done I was in a new 2025 XT6. My passenger door paint doesn't match my vehicle. I noticed it about 2 weeks after I bought it, & when I notified the salesman he stated he would talk to his manager & get back to me. I waited a we I noticed it about 2 weeks after I bought it, & when I notified the salesman he stated he would talk to his manager & get back to me. I waited a week & a half & had to call him & basically he kicked me to the curb. I spent over $30,000.00 on my used truck & paid in cash. I was truly let down by his nonchalant attitude towards me once I paid. When I discussed the truck with him before I bought it I specifically asked him if there was anything on the CarFax, or any other damage he new about & he said it was clean & they did not know of any. I am not going to be a repeat customer if this is way we are neglected. More
