Take the time to know his customers - Ryan shows great interactions begin with knowing his clients' wants and needs. Transparency is important in business and a good sales person is no different. Always strive for a high quality output as it shows you have a high level of standards. Go the extra mile for his client - Ryan went the extra mile not only result in an indebted and happy customer, it also go a long way in terms of keeping himself on the radar for future business through referrals.
