Everyone couldn’t have been more helpful from when I dropped my car off for service to when I picked it up. They kept me informed on what the cost was going to be as well as when it would be ready for p dropped my car off for service to when I picked it up. They kept me informed on what the cost was going to be as well as when it would be ready for pickup. I also used on of the complementary loaner cars. It was very clean and appreciated. I would definitely recommend them for all your Lexus needs. More

There was a lack of communication while buying car. Was unable to get prices of accessories from salesperson. Had to do our own research to find out prices and choices of Lexus accessories Had to call a unable to get prices of accessories from salesperson. Also , there was little communication between sales and finance department resulting in a long wait to purchase car. More

Employees are dishonest and unethical. They try to overcharge and sometimes tell customers they need services that aren’t really needed. I thought that the representative that I dealt with today was u overcharge and sometimes tell customers they need services that aren’t really needed. I thought that the representative that I dealt with today was unprofessional and tried to charge me more than what was originally quoted. He was not happy that I pointed it out to him. More

Service was great. Just bummed that so far each visit to the service department has has in total incurred over 3k in repairs/maintenance. Other than that I will continue to drive the hour and change drive f the service department has has in total incurred over 3k in repairs/maintenance. A really underwhelming experience….at first. Kevin B is great. Everything dealing with Kevin felt positive. Like he was on my side throughout the process.
