We live 5 hours from Dodd but having met Shane wondering around on the lot was perfect timing for us. Very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and fortunately for me Shane and my husband didn't find out that they both favor the same football team. I might have been at the dealership much longer. When our time to buy comes we feel very strongly about buying from Shane. More

Wonderful Experience My husband and I met Jamie Dodd at the RV show when we asked for his help finding the cafeteria. We had no idea he owned Dodd’s. We weren’t sure what My husband and I met Jamie Dodd at the RV show when we asked for his help finding the cafeteria. We had no idea he owned Dodd’s. We weren’t sure what type of RV we wanted but after talking with him it was easier to narrow it down. Jamie Dodd even recommended we look over their used RV inventory on the lot. Jamie is as genuine and customer focused as the entire staff at Dodds Yorktown RV’s. Despite the two hour drive we chose to purchase our motor home from them. Shane and Donald were amazing to work with, always putting the customer first, we appreciated their thoroughness and sincerity. On the day we picked up our RV Richard walked us through every feature of the RV and answered all of our questions. We got to meet the gentleman that fixed a few of the small repairs on the RV (we bought used). Dean was as friendly and helpful as the rest of the Dodd team. We can’t say enough about our experience and we are thrilled with our new motor home. More

I would email or text Shane with questions or concerns and he was quick to responded back, and we never felt the "pressure to buy now" like we had at previous places. From the first day on the lot and the final day we picked up the 5th wheel to do the final inspection everyone was helpful, giving us plenty of time to ask questions and offering helpful suggestions. I can honestly say that everyone we met were cheerful, relaxed and made it feel like a great place to work. More

Above and Beyond!!! I have been looking at trading my current motorhome for about a year, and stopped in cold to talk to someone at Dodds. Friends of mine had talked to I have been looking at trading my current motorhome for about a year, and stopped in cold to talk to someone at Dodds. Friends of mine had talked to Shane Slavnik, so I asked for him. I have been looking at several manufacturers and sizes of coaches. I have considered downsizing from my current B+, and even considered moving up to a larger class C, even a Class A diesel. No matter what question I asked Shane, he either knew the answer or found the answer while I was there. He knew exactly where to go on the computer, or the brochure, to find the answer. I also liked the fact that he stayed on whatever subject/topic I bought up and did not try steer me into another direction. Shane did not try to sell me. Shane did not try to belittle me, nor question my thought process. I appreciated Shane’s knowledge, his willingness to answer all of my questions, and even explore the possibility of ordering exactly what (I think) I want. I left the dealership feeling good about what I had learned, and it was all because of Shane’s professionalism and his attitude. He knows his products and his trade...which is something rare.
