The sales rep, Sabino Menendez, was outstanding as far as knowledge and patience with me. I never felt pressured to purchase the automobile. He spent an amazing amount of time with me in the car, showing me knowledge and patience with me. I never felt pressured to purchase the automobile. He spent an amazing amount of time with me in the car, showing me how all the instruments work as well as features of the car that I bought. The finance manager, Ben is excellent with numbers and worked his magic to get the monthly payment in the range that I could afford. The general manager Jin Lee was gracious and threw in a few extras that I had requested.. This dealership staff will have me as a long-term customer. Just FYI, my husband has a Subaru as well as two of my children from this dealership. More
