Service and communication were good. Parts and labor are super high priced. Initially the dealership entirely missed a major problem in the diagnosis that cost $2,500 to repair. super high priced. I only went to this dealership once. I dealt with 3 people, my primary associate that scheduled my repair and recall issue, another person who assessed my car for value and potential trade in or sale a people, my primary associate that scheduled my repair and recall issue, another person who assessed my car for value and potential trade in or sale and a different associate when I picked up my car. The first 2 were very helpful and I was very happy with, especially the assessor who spent a lot of time with me explaining my options and gave great advice and tips. Unfortunately the person who I dealt with when I picked up my car was short with me, did not have all the facts and did not listen, he made the experience poor, frankly he made my blood boil, I don’t think he would have treated me the same way if I was a male customer. More

Make it 6 stars as they always do a great job. However, I must tell you that I HATE getting these surveys. I swear I can't even go to hamburger join without them wanting to know if they did good job.
