Was very happy with my first routine service experience at Ferman BMW. I was provided a clean loaner, the service area itself was very clean and well stocked with coffee and refreshments as well as a wide at Ferman BMW. Sal, although nice, did not see that I had a private warranty on my car even though the dealership had been reimbursed by the company previously. Also, when he called it was denied. When I called, I go warranty on my car even though the dealership had been reimbursed by the company previously. Also, when he called it was denied. When I called, I got it approved. It was a $2,200 repair. Also, before I called the warranty company to get approval, when I told Sal that I was going to pick up my car and get other estimates, he miraculously offered to shave off around $200 from the estimate. Sal also said that I needed new tires ($1500 for a new set of run flats, which I will never buy again because I felt ripped off by the Gainesville BMW. I got two flat tires one month after spending $1,600 on a new set in December of 2018 and there was no road hazard coverage, which I was not aware of when I purchased the tires. Apparently, now there is a one-year warranty, which isn't enough for the cost of the tires. Michelin Sports come with a long-term road hazard warranty and our less expensive. I stopped at Costco's tire center and they said I had quite a while to go before I needed to replace them. 5,000 or so. No bands were exposed when they checked the tires. the Costco service center rep explained how to tell if the tires are worn. Sal didn't do this . This information was very helpful to me. Can't help but wonder if I hadn't been a woman that these recommendations would have been made by your dealership. Also, my car took two days longer to repair than estimated. This has happened to me before at this location with a completely different service rep, and, for the first time ever since since Ferman BMW, I wasn't able to get a loaner, which caused me much inconvenience, especially since the repair took much longer than expected. I'm trying to figure out how covid impacts the availability of loaner vehicles. Sal couldn't offer an explanation. After all of the negative experiences and not feeling that the dealership is woman friendly, I will not be bringing my car back to Ferman. The trust level just isn't there. More

I recently went to Ferman BMW to get a recall taken care of on my car, I was so impressed with the amount of professionalism & kind people that I feel compelled to write a 5 star review for Ferman Dealershi of on my car, I was so impressed with the amount of professionalism & kind people that I feel compelled to write a 5 star review for Ferman Dealership. Everyone I encountered from the lady I spoke with on the phone for the appointment, the sales people, and especially the service department were incredible. Sal was the best, he told me 90 minutes on my repair & I had my car back in 90 minutes. He kept me informed by text message & even let me know before my appointment the part was in stock. I can't say enough good things about my experience & Sal. I also went to parts dept. and met Pete who helped me with ordering an extra key & touch up paint, very professional & helpful. So much different from the experience we had at another BMW dealer down the road. Please support Ferman BMW. More
