My big disappointment was when I returned to pickup my truck after it was in the shop all day was the greasy foot prints on my new mats in the drivers side as well as the rear seat. Fortunately there was a service writer still there who got a porter to come and clean the mats.I can’t help but believe your service tech didn’t notice the mess he made and have it taken care of before he said it was done. More

I bought a used 2020 mustang from Scott. Was on the fence about it due to some minor dents and other cosmetic defects. They agreed to fix them all for me without any additional costs on my part. I picked up the car earlier than expected and because of that there was a bit of a mix up and I didn't get one of the plates for the car when I picked it up. I called to let them know when I realized - and Scott got back to me late that night, then had someone drive the plate down the very next morning to hand deliver it - from the dealer in Kenosha to my house just outside of Chicago. Very very happy I drove all the way up to Kenosha for this purchase. Will definitely buy any future Fords from here! More

From the actual looking into what vehicle I want to get with Scott's help to the Financial & paperwork that is part of any new car sale, everything was done to make the process as smooth as possible. Scott went out of his way as he always does to find exactly the right vehicle and even kept looking once it was clear that the truck I ordered would be held up at the plant due to the shortages hitting so many industries right now. Sal was always available to make the calls and get things rolling where needed. Leonard can always be counted on to have everything ready to go to make the paperwork process quick and easy. Let's face it who likes the paperwork but it is certainly better when everything is ready to go and clearly explained. This is why I keep coming back to Boucher Ford for my vehicles. More
