Went for service, called them up told them that I wanted 60,000 mile service. Asked how much was told between 2 and 300. I get there am then told 700 and change after tax. I agree to this highway robbery, 60,000 mile service. Asked how much was told between 2 and 300. I get there am then told 700 and change after tax. I agree to this highway robbery, and then they attempt to upsell me another 249.99. Total scam! More

Courtney, my service advisor, and Ruben, the service manager, both went above and beyond to help my get my car back on the road the Friday before the Memorial Day holiday. I showed up hours later than manager, both went above and beyond to help my get my car back on the road the Friday before the Memorial Day holiday. I showed up hours later than Courtney had me scheduled for but one of their techs agreed to stay late on a holiday Friday to help me. This is an amazing group of people working the service department at Napoli in Milford ct. They are not my regular dealership but I think I should reconsider that decision and start having their service department take care of all my Kia vehicles. More
