I was casually checking for vehicles on BMW of Catonsville's website. One vehicle caught my eye, and I expressed interest online and requested some general information. Within 30 minutes of submit Catonsville's website. One vehicle caught my eye, and I expressed interest online and requested some general information. Within 30 minutes of submitting my request Jae Lim promptly responded, with answers to my questions. He invited me to stop in for a test drive. Jae greeted me with a polite and cheerful smile. We test drove the vehicle and unlike other car buying experiences, Jae was not pushy at all. Instead, he educated me regarding BMWs. Although initially uncertain if I would purchase a vehicle that day, I was so impressed with the BMW brand I knew the X4 was the right vehicle for me. This was my first BMW purchase and now Jae and BMW have me as a customer for life. My X4 M40i has exceeded my expectations. More
