I have been nothing but mistreated and lied to by your staff and finding out today that 10 weeks after purchasing my new M5 from you that my titling paperwork still hasn’t been sent to the DMV I can no longer hold my tongue. I plan to file a formal complaint with BMWNA. i don’t see I have any other choice. From “loosing” my $1000 deposit, to changing the terms of the agreement behind my back, to waiting 10 weeks to give your titling department the Florida Military Regiatration forms that I have to David a few days after buying the car (expecting he would have already had them ready to go knowing I was military and registering in Florida and I told him there were special documents he swore they do this all the time and have it all covered. Well clearly he doesn’t. My temporary registration has already expired and I get stopped for it nearly every day by base police as I don’t live in MD. This whole experience has left me wanting Sir. Please don't buy your car there, word of advice. They are s.c.a.m.m.e.r.s. Especially this guy Sam Choi. I have left multiple emails, phone calls, etc. and no one is picking up the call.
