Ali Kamar is one of the best people to deal with in purchasing a new vehicle. He was patient and understanding and made us feel like our choices were important. Ali and the rest of the Handy team were great to work with and made the truck buying experience great for the entire family with courteous and helpful service. Ali is very knowledgable and goes out of the way to ensure that everyone in the family has an enjoyable experience. When I was awaiting the added service to my new truck, Steve, Doug, Dustan, and Adam continuously inquired if I had any questions or if I needed anything. And Patrick worked into the evening to perform the added changes, and greeted me with a smile when I picked up the vehicle. My first choice when purchasing a vehicle will be visiting Handy Toyota. The clean, well designed facility is a bonus to the excellent staff. This is my third truck from Handy Toyota and I have always use Handy's service to maintain my vehicle. Kyle is great, very knowledgable, and personable and finds answers to questions he is not sure of (which does not seem to be much). So impressed with the whole team that my wife also purchased a vehicle when I picked up my truck. sincerely, Don More

I entered the dealership when all sales people were busy, the non-sales people did not bother with a "hello" or "someone will be right with you". It was not until I directly asked Steve for some help that a the non-sales people did not bother with a "hello" or "someone will be right with you". It was not until I directly asked Steve for some help that any attention was given to my being in the showroom. Once I had Steve's attention the sales process flowed very smoothly. He did an excellent job keeping me entertained, finding out what car I was looking for and showing me around the models on the showroom floor. After turning me over to Robert, he went to make sure the car I wanted to see was made available. Once Robert was finished with his client, he did an excellent job making up for the few minutes I was waiting. I really enjoyed working with him. Robert knew his facts about the car and Toyota programs and was very patient as we moved through the sales process. I will seek out Robert when we are ready to buy our next car. He made the car buying experience as enjoyable as it can be. Handy did not start off with the best deal but did match the best deal I found via internet and physical search of NH, VT, NY dealerships. Their willingness to make sure they did not lose the sale is commendable and will ensure that I use them for service whenever needed. I will also make sure to start my next vehicle search with them. More

A family member purchase a vehicle 7 years ago here and we purchased one the next year. This year we decided to upgrade that vehicle and found the dealership continues to improve every time we stop in. Thi we purchased one the next year. Family members, my girlfriend, and I have purchased at least a total of twelve vehicles over the years, not to mention the four or five freinds that I have reccomended that they buy there as well. The reason for this is simple, the people who own and work at the Handy dealerships are great and that is who you deal with on a regular basis. You can buy a vehicle anywhere, but the people make the difference. I have never had a bad or questionable experience with this dealership family and will of course buy again when it is time... Almost neglected to post a review due to negligence on my part! As a three time customer at Handy Toyota now, I have become spoiled by the attention and special care given to all their customers. I guess y part! As a three time customer at Handy Toyota now, I have become spoiled by the attention and special care given to all their customers. I guess you could say I have taken it all a bit for granted, EXCEPT for the fact that we are a 5 hour drive from them and we wouldn't buy anywhere else. Customer loyalty extends both ways in maintaining a good relationship. We are not ones who price around and deal with whomever may bid the lowest. We get a fair price, a fair deal and excellent treatment at Handy, with no wandering around trying to undercut the previous dealer. We began this relationship, originally, online with Kyle Ward, who didn't know us, yet gave his time and commitment to providing us with information on what we wanted, even from the distance we have between us. We then became Handy customers and Kyle is our Handy salesman, whenever we are ready to buy a vehicle. More

Given the chance to beat another dealerships bottom line price,the guys at Handys were able to get me a much nicer car for the same price. I have purchased cars since 1978 from another Toyota Dealer. My last purchase was in 2011. It was an awful experience. I went on line to look at deals and checked off the other dealer and Handy's. I nev Dealer. My last purchase was in 2011. It was an awful experience. I went on line to look at deals and checked off the other dealer and Handy's. I never heard from my old dealership. I immediately heard from Handy's (I am aware this was probably an automated response, ) but I gave the additional info. asked for and heard from Klye Ward. He answered all my questions, we made an appointment to meet. HE WAS GREAT. He knew his product, he didn't try to convince me to lease something else, he made me feel good about the whole thing. The sales manager came over and introduced himself , Adam. I also met the Finance guy,Sam. All of them made me feel comfortable and that they were there to help me with this purchase. I called Kyle the next day and said I had decided to lease the vehicle. He handled everything, including syncing my phone and transferring my SirusXM subscription to insure I had the 3 full months added to my present subscription. He went out to the car with my husband and I and explained the workings of the new car, even though I have owned at least 5 Camry's. He knew my history with Camry's, but wanted to make sure since the 2012 had some changes I felt comfortable with the car. The financing part was also very comfortable. Sam created the paper work with ease and explained what we needed to know. He knew I am a retired banker and that my husband is still in banking. I had called my insurance for coverage for the new car, but the VIN # was different, because they could not get the original car. He called and took care of it all while we were there. Adam again came and saw us before we left. Kyle took us out to meet the service people and showed us the service area. They have been in this new building only 2 months but everyone seems to be very happy. I couldn't have asked for a better experience buying my new car. I would definitely recommend the dealership to my friends. I have already recommended Kyle to my girlfriend. He is a great person to work with. I will be back when I purchase/lease again. More
