The only reason I rated the dealership 4 out of 5 stars is because while I was there I was told that I needed services that had previously been made. When I brought it up to Sam’s attention, he looked it u is because while I was there I was told that I needed services that had previously been made. When I brought it up to Sam’s attention, he looked it up and found out that the mechanic put the information on a different form. God only knows how many people been told that they needed work that was previously completed. I like to think that this was human error and not intentional. Please give your employees a refresher course on the proper forms, and to look out for future human error. I do recommend this dealership especially Sam Heidel and Kaila the cashier. They were both very professional. Much appreciated. More

I’m relatively new to this dealership as I have had Hondas for many years. The waiting area is very nice. I like the fact that they text you updates on your car’s status and give you a very accurate ap Hondas for many years. The waiting area is very nice. My one wish is that I really would like a car wash at the end of service as I always received at the Honda dealership. That is my only disappointment with this Toyota service! More
