Took my 2022 Kia Soul here for recall repair. Was told nothing wrong with car that used 3 quarts of oil between oil change. Asked for trade in value when I dropped car off. Came back to pick car Was told nothing wrong with car that used 3 quarts of oil between oil change. Asked for trade in value when I dropped car off. Came back to pick car up 4 hours later sales manager did not look at car. Was demanding I go on sales floor to get one. Needless to say going elsewhere to buy a new car. I never had a car dealership that did not pretend to want a sale. If anyone had half a brain they would have sold me a car today. Go any place else before these people. More
