Sam is always great. Nathan helped me as well. Marcus is also very nice. Rated 4 stars instead of 5 because the truck came out with black grease marks and handprints all Nathan helped me as well. Rated 4 stars instead of 5 because the truck came out with black grease marks and handprints all over the front and side of the hood, down the driver's side and all over the driver's door, handle, and glass. There are even black grease marks inside my door jamb from their shoes. I detail my truck and wipe the door jambs, so they were also clean prior to going in for service. This is not the first time my truck has come out covered in grease and sweaty dirt marks. This time, I asked for a cleaning cloth to wipe things down before I left. Marcus had a technician clean up after himself. I don't understand why they don't clean up their mess before returning the vehicle to the customer. Otherwise, the service is great. More
