My experience was very good. I was almost locked in with another dealership but Sam was able to convince me to come in with the right deal and a straightforward discussion. Kysha I was almost locked in with another dealership but Sam was able to convince me to come in with the right deal and a straightforward discussion. Kyshawn was kind enough to come pick us up because we didn't have a car and he walked us through the entire process very patiently. He showed us the car well, worked us through the entire process, and all in all was a very pleasant guy to deal with. We walked out with a car 2 hours later, extremely content with out purchase. If you are looking to buy a car with a fair deal with a straightforward experience, I would highly recommend Heritage Honda Parkville, as well as Sam and Kyshawn. More
