This dealership is incredibly unprofessional, and frankly unsafe. The service center isn’t as big of an issue as the dealership is but i was deeply disappointed with my entire experience. Service went well, the intake person by the maintenance reception needs some customer service 101. Also when trying to obtain my car after service I have to go around the parking lot to find it after a w reception needs some customer service 101. Also when trying to obtain my car after service I have to go around the parking lot to find it after a while of circling around it was way buried way behind all other parked cars & have to wait again until they move all the cars out of the way. Overall service was great but poor customer service! More
