With my CRV being a 2024 I didn’t expect to have issues with it right off the bat, however, the sunroof was leaking and the left driver side mirror was having issues as well. They were quick to get me an a with it right off the bat, however, the sunroof was leaking and the left driver side mirror was having issues as well. They were quick to get me an appointment scheduled and took maybe an hour and a half- both appointments. (One for the sunroof and then one for the mirror since they had to order the part) the gentleman at the very first desk, I believe his name was Sam…VERY nice and professional. Been a HK client for 4 years, will continue doing business with HK for cars to come! More

We have an odd clank/thunk sound that just can’t be found. Technician went for a ride with me , heard the sound and tried to silence It. I was then told they’d have to see who would pay for it ultim found. Technician went for a ride with me , heard the sound and tried to silence It. I was then told they’d have to see who would pay for it ultimately being covered by the dealer but still there. Just an annoying sound on our 2025 Honda Pilot Black Edition. More

This dealership is incredibly unprofessional, and frankly unsafe. The service center isn’t as big of an issue as the dealership is but i was deeply disappointed with my entire experience. The lack of safety unsafe. The service center isn’t as big of an issue as the dealership is but i was deeply disappointed with my entire experience. The lack of safety measures could’ve ended very poorly for me and there was a HUGE lack of understanding and sympathy on their end. I will never step foot in this dealership and will never recommend it to anyone. More

Service went well, the intake person by the maintenance reception needs some customer service 101. Also when trying to obtain my car after service I have to go around the parking lot to find it after a w reception needs some customer service 101. Also when trying to obtain my car after service I have to go around the parking lot to find it after a while of circling around it was way buried way behind all other parked cars & have to wait again until they move all the cars out of the way. Overall service was great but poor customer service! More
