The fact that you guys fixed it and told me to drive it and when it wasn’t fixed, you said it’s broken because I drove it so it’s not under warranty complete xx. The advisors always tell me what’s urgent and what can wait, which I appreciate. All are great about estimating time and giving me a ride or a loaner when it’s going to be a while. Did excellent job with diagnostics, they found a problem that I don't think I would have been able to figure out in my own even though I have working knowledge of the procedure and tools involved, they remo that I don't think I would have been able to figure out in my own even though I have working knowledge of the procedure and tools involved, they removed all the fuses and the parasitic draw resisted, of it were me that would have been the point where I was stuck, they proceeded to disconnect micu and found the root cause, o would have given full star review but didn't because but only was diagnostics expensive they would not credit the amount toward the expensive repair either. Good staff crappy policies. More
