The gentleman I spoke with, Sam, treated me with respect and answered my questions without making feel dumb for not knowing the inside and out details for my car. They picked up my car, took a look at it, to ease my mind, and brought it back to me with no issues. He even called me to explain what they had done and what i could expect from my car, moving forward. It was THE BEST experience I have ever had from a mechanic team and service department...EVER! I would recommend this place to everyone I know. My next car will definitely come from Coastal Kia!! (And I LOVE my Kia!!) More
