The Service Department once again, took the extra step in correcting my faulty injector. Service Consultant Gary Nelson met me at the door and got me checked in while my regular Service Consultant, Sam Weism correcting my faulty injector. Service Consultant Gary Nelson met me at the door and got me checked in while my regular Service Consultant, Sam Weisman, was busy with another customer. This is not unusual as the Service Department at Coastal Kia acts as a Team, and back up each other with the main goal of serving the customer.
