After 6 years of service from Southern team we were told free oil change and inspection for life is no longer included. That was a selling point in 2018, to provide that for life of the ownership of the veh free oil change and inspection for life is no longer included. Will not buy another vehicle here or refer them again. More

Always great service. Usually can get my car serviced quickly. I was told that it was towards the end of the day and it couldn't be done today and an appt was made for Wednesday. I was disappointed by this because there are always ads on express service for oil changes, tire rotations, etc. Why bother advertising that you have express service if you cannot allow people to walk in to get their vehicles serviced? More
